Mrs. Carr

Students should be using their agenda to write down and keep up with daily assignments. Parents, please ask your child to show and share with you their daily work, assignments, and homework!

My belief and philosophy about literacy, reading, and writing is that students need to read to become better readers and  write to become better writers.  Practice makes perfect!    Students should be reading 5 nights each week, for at least 20 minutes, and writing 5 summaries, to tell me what they have read.  These 5 summaries are due each Friday, they should be written on one piece of white lined paper. Happy reading and writing!!!  Please  call me at school at 464-1120 or  e-mail me at ccarr@hdsd.k12.nh.us if you have any questions.

  Language Arts :

The above discussed summaries are due every Friday, although students may turn work in at any time.  Please work with your child to discuss their reading and summaries.
