The Hillsboro-Deering School Board meets on the first and third Monday of every month at 6:00pm in the Hillsboro-Deering Elementary School Media Center (unless otherwise posted).

Currently there are three sub-committees of the board:

• Policy Committee - meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 2:30pm in the SAU conference room
• Hillsboro-Deering Cooperative Agreement Committee - meets as needed and is made up of two HDSB members, one member of the Hillsborough Board of Selectmen, one member of the Deering Board of Selectmen, the Superintendent of Schools and the Business Manager. 
• Study Committee-meets as needed
